Building an inclusive culture across financial services and fintech

InChorus, an organisation which empowers individuals to anonymously tag, measure and resolve workplace incidents (bias and harassment), is launching a research project looking into bias and micro-aggressions.
This industry-wide report will shine a light on the lack of inclusion, instances of bias, harassment and discrimination surfacing in the wake of the #MeToo movement and gender pay gap reporting.
With the support of Innovate Finance and Level39, the report will take a data-driven approach to the question of inclusion, and surface actionable insight and recommend target solutions which can be measured for effectiveness.
