CWG launches customer engagement platform for its 1.1+ million weekly visitors

A new engagement platform for use by residents, office workers and visitors to enhance their experience

  • The App will serve over 1.1+ million visitors who come to Canary Wharf each week and act as a guide to anyone visiting, working and living at Canary Wharf
  • The platform will bring together everything CWG has to offer into one online platform, including digital interactive maps, what’s new to the Wharf, offers and promotions
  • It will unite the 128-acre Canary Wharf community of residents, office occupiers, retailers, restaurateurs, and visitors
  • Canary Wharf’s retail offering comprises over 300 shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a year-round events programme, one of London’s biggest roof gardens and an award-winning, free-to-visit, public art collection. All within 15 minutes’ walk
  • CWG are partnering with Proptech company Equiem, which is providing the platform with more features being regularly added
  • The App is accessible by phone and desktop and covers the whole CWG Estate
