Digital Reasoning Raises $40 Million in Series D Round

Digital Reasoning, the Level39 member which enables the understanding of human communication through a machine-learning platform, recently announced a whopping $40m fundraising round led by Lemhi Ventures and Nasdaq.

Announced officially by the firm in early May, the series D round is joined by existing investors Goldman Sachs and HCA.

“Digital Reasoning has built an unmatched track record of helping our customers solve their most challenging problems across industries with a leading enterprise cognitive computing platform and intelligent assistants for key customer use cases,” said Tim Estes, CEO of Digital Reasoning.

Digital Reasoning has raised in excess of $70m in a number of rounds dating back to 2010, signalling the huge global interest in cognitive computing, machine learning and NLP as well as the potential of this exciting firm.
