Evaluating and Scaling Your Digital Engagement Activities

By understanding the value and measuring the impact of your marketing activities, and how insights can be applied, you will feel more confident in making decisions about your engagement strategies and potential returns on investment.

In this workshop with Eren Kocyigit, founder of Next Big Thing and marketing lecturer, you will have a chance to learn why evaluation is important to do from the beginning and on a continuous basis; the different ways to evaluate your activities and how insights can be used to refine your marketing strategy, product/offer and customer proposition.
