Paul is a Managing Director at Clarity, with the responsibility of looking after early-stage and start-up ventures globally.

Paul has over 27 years of start up tech experience, which includes launching and subsequent exits of B2C and B2B companies in roles ranging from CMO, COO, CTO and CEO. Paul’s particular passions focus on optimising teams for outstanding performance whilst balancing this with progressive culture, and fighting against unfair bias.
