Antonella is a passionate Marketing and Brand Leader, a proven B2B international marketer, a start-up Advisor and SeedIinvestor.

For most of her career, Antonella worked at Visa Inc Europe where she held senior marketing roles including Vice President Client Marketing and Head of Product Marketing in the Business Innovation Division. In her last role she launched and grew the Card-Linked-Offers business in partnership with a US venture-backed start-up.

Currently Antonella has a rich and diverse portfolio of activities. In 2017 she founded We Marketing, an international hub of senior marketers with the drive to grow innovative businesses. She collaborates with disruptive companies that aspire to become the next market leaders, from innovators that champion transparency in financial services to tech enterprises that are developing new sustainable solutions.

In 2018, Antonella took the bold decision to become a pre-seed investor and business advisor in Notpla, a sustainable packaging start-up that develops a material derived from seaweed and plants. Notpla became the first UK winner of the Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, in the category of “Build a Waste-Free World” in December 2022.

Furthermore, Antonella is the Global Marketing and Brand Strategist at Ekstasy, an award-winning full-service advertising agency and Advisor to Women Who Tech, a Washington based network of women-led startups and investors.
