Mike is a portfolio CFO specialising in helping technology, fintech and fast-growth companies and their investors:

• create and execute strategy
• raise debt and equity funding
• scale operations in the UK, EU and USA
• implement effective systems, processes & controls and
• plan exits

He has 15+ years international experience, leading financial strategy and management, change management and operational risk management.
Mike has worked in technology, finance and consulting with experience of investment and acquisition appraisal, complex investor and stakeholder management and direct regulatory liaison with the Bank of England.

Prior to working as a growth company CFO, Mike was a capital markets CFO/COO with LCH.Clearnet, UBS, Barclays and Credit Suisse. He is a CFA Charterholder and Chartered Accountant and completed his training at PwC.
