Business Development Manager


The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will
drive ambitious sales targets and play a pivotal role in driving the new
business. By offering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based
solutions to enterprise clients, you will be working on some of the most
challenging and exciting opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and prospect leads and opportunities through
various routes to market
• Network at industry events to gain new leads
• Strategize and work-up opportunities with new clients
• Own end-to-end sales process
• Take a lead in managing client relationships
• Work closely with the pre-sales and tech teams to build strategic client
plans/proposals which align with client needs
• Keep up to date with industry events, offerings and competitors
• Drive increased revenue and profit from existing clients
• Collaborate with management on strategy and progress
• Deliver reporting and insights on regular basis
Skills & Experience
• Established sales experience in enterprise sales (5+ years), proven
track record of winning and growing large accounts

• A track record demonstrating excellence in achieving/exceeding sales
targets and tendency towards extended customer life time value
• Highly adaptable, tenacious and self-motivated
• Experience in digital and tech related sales is a MUST
• Competitive industry knowledge
• Ability to develop and lead a sales team
• Confident, credible and charismatic both on the phone and in person
• Ability to design and deliver engaging presentations to senior business
stakeholders and C levels
