The type of person we’re after:
We’re looking for a entrepreneurial, experienced and fun loving Channel Manager who is passionate about succeeding and loves to do what we do. You will work with the Head of Channels to deliver revenue targets generated through our channel partners.
We’d like you to have a passion for people and love being part of the team, as you need to be able to interact with a variety of people such as the finance director, the customer success team, suppliers and our all-important channels and customers.
We’d also like you to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude even when asked to do things outside of your job description and skill set. Importantly, we’d like you to have the ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with strong attention to detail.

You will recruit new partners in your territory: We need new partners to increase our coverage. As part of role you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new CybSafe partners.
You own and drive the channel in your territory: You will need to be adept at partner account management and business planning in order to maximise all sales and marketing opportunities from within your partners.
You carry a Quota: You will be quota carrying and be responsible for delivering a vital revenue number to the company.
You will need to be hands on with the Partners: You will need to be continually organising and driving lead generation campaigns with your partners including webinars, workshops, call outs days.
Skills & Knowledge:
Previous exposure cyber security software technology. An understanding of cyber security technology and the partners who can deliver our solutions
Team Builder. We’d like you to have built a partner network before – ideally in a startup environment, whether that be with a new vendor or new division in a larger corporate.

We believe in a results only work environment. We’ve got core hours for those who are office based, but these are sufficiently flexible to cater for early starters and late leavers.
