We’re a team of data scientists, engineers, and mathematicians, that are all passionate about helping our customers unleash the power in their data. We work closely with our partners: Google Cloud, Looker, and Tableau, to build and implement the best data and machine learning solutions.We’re looking for an Delivery Manager with a diverse set of skills in project and account management. You’ll be working closely with a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists and data engineers to help define and manage projects through to successful delivery and drive the greatest business opportunities for the business.Responsibilities:

  • Gain thorough understanding of the customer’s objectives and work with cross-functional teams to define and produce innovative models and solutions
  • Build rapport and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in order to generate alignment and drive efficient project progress
  • Work with customers to understand their unique goals and business processes uncover roadblocks, and deliver strong account guidance
  • Act as a champion for processes that drive results, morale and productivity
  • Anticipate issues that would impair the team’s ability to deliver, and define mitigation strategies
  • Influence team and partners to effectively implement plans with the right scope, on time, and on budget
  • Develop and maintain oversight of external relationship strategies and plans to address customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Assist in scoping and estimating for implementation plans, support concept and technology tests
  • Continuously optimise plans and processes
  • Advise on strategies by understanding expectations, assessing feasibility and identifying opportunities
  • Maintain a perspective of the long term goals and objectives of our customers over time, and how to help them get there


  • 3+ years in delivery or project management
  • Knowledgeable in technology development best practices such as agile, scrum, lean startup
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to senior executive audiences
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Highly intelligent and confident professional with strong creative and analytical problem solving capabilities
  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
  • Self-starter able to work with limited oversight in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects
  • BSc or higher in a STEM or Business degree

  • Use of analytics platforms such as Tableau or Looker
  • Business Intelligence and/or Data Modelling and Analysis experience
  • Exposure to handling large, diverse, real-world data sets
  • Agile Project Management certification
