Established in 2019, we’re going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for someone join us in this new role as Digital Marketing Executive. This role reports into the Marketing Lead and is responsible for developing and executing PPC campaigns while assisting the Marketing Lead in driving organic social toward our new website. The right person will have experience and an understanding of different social platforms, writing copy for email / social first campaigns and generating performance reports.

We are a thriving, rapidly-growing embedded finance company with currently an entirely remote team of 15 around the world. We now have co-working space in Canary Wharf, but believe in a hybrid approach, splitting time between in-office 1-2 days per week and remote working.


  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a social media/digital marketing role
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience running paid social campaigns either agency or in-house
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content
  • Comfortable working with web, email, social media content platforms (e.g. Medium, Mailchimp, Linkedin, Google Analytics)
  • Imaginative thinker
  • Google AdWords / Analytics Certification / Facebook Blueprint or similar accreditation
  • Measure performance and identify ways to improve ROI through A/B testing
  • (Desired) Experience in a B2B marketing role

What the role involves:

  • Plan and schedule all content marketing activities across social media, driving and boosting organic traffic to our new website
  • Oversee day-to-day social media activities, with a responsive nature to trending news.
  • Setup and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, taking ownership of testing and optimising
  • Monitoring, tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance of social media and ad campaigns
  • Copywriting across all social platforms, and email marketing
  • Write creative briefs and work with the in-house and external design, content, and development teams to deliver them
  • Supporting the Marketing Lead to develop creative ideas for campaign assets, copy and wider marketing strategy
