The Job:

Head of UK Channels

The type of person we’re after:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced and fun loving Head of Channels who is passionate about succeeding  and loves to do what we do. You will work with the Head of Sales and Marketing to deliver detailed stuff and reporting to the Leadership Team.

We’d like you to have a passion for people and love being part of the team, as you need to be able to interact with a variety of people such as the finance director, the customer success team, suppliers and our all-important channels and customers.

We’d also like you to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude even when asked to do things outside of your job description and skill set. Importantly, we’d like you to have the ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with strong attention to detail.

  • You carry the UK sales number through channel: We have an ambitious but achievable target that is backed with all the resource to make you and the CybSafe team over-deliver. As we are committing our sales strategy wholly to the channel and you will be responsible for delivering the company number.

  • You own the Channel : Channel Development, Recruitment and Management :  You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing the UK partners. The channel program, channel marketing and channel team will all need to be influenced by your extensive channel knowledge.

  • You will build and manage the UK channel team: We want you to build and manage the new CybSafe channel team. We do not expect you to do this alone.

imageSkills & Knowledge:

  • Live and breathed Channels for many years and still love them. We’d really like you to have a wealth and depth of channel experience and with a deep understanding of how to execute revenue through of a two-tier value added distribution model.

  • Previous exposure cyber security software technology. An understanding of cyber technology and the partners who can deliver our solutions.

  • Team Builder. We’d like you to have built a channel team from scratch and then managed that team – ideally in a startup environment, whether that be with a new vendor or new division in a larger corporate.

  • Solid coaching, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

  • Real experience developing channel partnerships with channel partner companies of varying size and complexity.
