Head of Sales and Marketing

We’re looking for a strong and inspirational leader who will build an exceptional team to deliver the CybSafe revenue target.

We need an ambitious and highly-skilled sales and marketing manager with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices. We’d like you to be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latests sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-tested practices. We’d like you to have a passion for people and know how to build, drive and manage an exceptional and world class sales and marketing team,

We’d also like you to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude even when asked to do things outside of your job description and skill set. Importantly, we’d like you to have the ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Your sales execution is phenomenal. You continually exceed targets, provide accurate performance reporting, build and maintain an accurate pipeline, and work in a disciplined manner to maintain focus on priorities.

  imageSkills & Knowledge:

  • You have been a successful leader with a proven track record in the IT security industry of high value sales and meeting plan.

  • Previous exposure cyber security software technology. An understanding of cyber technology, the partners who can deliver our solutions and insight to key end user vertical markets.

  • Team Builder. We’d like you to have built and led a sales and marketing team – ideally in a startup environment, whether that be with a new vendor or new division in a larger corporate.

  • Outstanding coaching, interpersonal, and relationship management skills plus people management experience of 10+ direct reports.

  • The ability to plan and implement sophisticated sales campaigns.

  • Experienced at working with partners including distributors, resellers and large consultancy firms.

  • Executive level negotiations skills with sales/business methodologies.
