The job of Sales Coach
The job of a Sales Coach has a unique standing in RedCloud Technologies commercial operations. This role will be hands on coaching, mentoring and motivating the sales team and providing continuous support. This isn’t a typical trainer role with the remit of purely delivering a training program. It is to assume the full ownership of the sales operations and team’s success with your proactive research methods, experience of sales in SaaS or Fintech and knowledge of complex solution sales cycle.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Coach
Delivery of training, inductions on RedCloud products and services to sales teams.
Ongoing support to sales team with product, process, research methods and further training.
Assist with the roll out of new systems, procedures and products
Collating and updating training collateral
Designing and expanding training and development programmes as the company’s service expands.
Requirement for Sales Coach
Significant experience of selling complex solutions prior to transition to Sales Coach role with a clear understanding of the solution sales and training cycle
Significant experience of proactive research methods to produce quality leads to train the Sales team.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly developing product mix
Strong cultural presence demonstrating commitment to the RedCloud
Have up to date knowledge of the technologies in Fintech Marketspace
Strong presentation skills from solution sales background presenting to C-level
Excellent communication skills
Great motivational skills
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Understanding of partner/reseller channel
