We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Analytics & Insights team and lead our work developing a cyber security culture measurement framework. We want a proactive, intelligent and entrepreneurial personality to drive the work that shapes the way we use data and behavioural analytics to measure and derive insight into cyber security awareness, behaviour and culture.

You must be self-motivated and passionate about the opportunity to operate professionally at the intersection of technology, people and cyber security.

You will have extensive experience in either intelligence, human factors, behavioural science or psychology as well as cyber security. You will be excited about the opportunity to apply your expertise to address the human aspect of cyber security.

Your focus and energy will guide the output of the Analytics & Insights team ensuring that we continually improve the way we use data to better understand the challenges our customers face and provide insight that genuinely helps them address their pain points.

You must be passionate about the human aspect of cyber security and love researching what others have written on the subject. You love producing information in easily digestible ways connecting complex academic concepts that relate to cyber security and human factors with real world issues. You are well-read, familiar with the evolving issues facing the cyber security sector and excited to be working at a fast-growing tech company.

You like to write and may even be active on social media with your own research, perspectives and thoughts regularly shared with others. You write extremely well and can help design frameworks and construct guidance that enables those with less depth of understanding than you apply sound principles and implement positive change.

You understand the benefits of the application of behavioural science to the challenges of cyber security.

A large part of your focus will be on designing and developing an effective framework against which we can further develop software tools to help organisations measure and improve awareness, behaviour and culture.
