Islero, the Level39 member which provides equity research, from independent analysts and professional brokerages, has arrived to London from Norway and set up shop at Level39.
The Islero platform enables investors to make better investment decisions by aggregating research from both independent analysts and professional brokerages.
Islero is a subscription service for investors where revenues are distributed back to analysts. In addition, it allows the analysts to build a profile and reputation in the investment community. Equity-research writers are invited to register as an analyst at Islero.com.
Following the success of the beta last year in cooperation with DNB, Norway’s largest bank, Islero has gone on to recruit some of the world’s best independent analysts to the service. Through this innovative platform Islero makes information which was previously reserved for fund managers accessible to ordinary investors.

The team and product has already garnered a lot of media attention in their home country – receiving plaudits from DN (Norway’s biggest financial newspaper) Kapital, Finansavisen and on sites such as e24.no and dn.no.
On February 17 Islero will be featured as the investment case at TechLive, a live fintech crowdfunding event in Oslo, Norway. The event gathers investors and the Norwegian fintech community. Islero will be looking to raise funds to cover its UK expansion. The campaign will also run on FundedByMe, a leading crowdfunding platform, making it possible for non-attendees to invest in the company.
