JP Lanham

JP is a financial services professional who is passionate about helping organisations and their leaders to transition from a startup to a growing successful company. 

JP started his career in Credit Analytics focusing on the B2C market. He then spent 10 years in FX/Derivative and Payment Sales for a Global Investment Bank, supporting Corporates and Financial Institutions with respect to Currency, Cash and Risk Management. 

After a successful career in the UK and overseas, he decided to move into a role to increase the performance of the Investment Bankers in his company. For some organisations this has meant developing a Product Strategy, a People Plan or to develop a Sales & Marketing initiative. His work has resulted in greater returns on people’s time, saved cost and grown revenue. 

For some Leaders it has meant developing their Leadership capability or developing strategies to cope with the demands of a rapidly changing business.
