Lyndon Adams is a business technologist with over 25 years experience across management consulting, technology companies and investment banking. He is currently establishing his own CTO as a Service consultancy, FractalWorks.io to support startups and scale-ups.
Prior to FractalWorks, Lyndon led the EMEA Data and Analytics Engineering practice for McKinsey & Company, where he advised on data and analytics strategy and transformation across financial services, telecoms and UK government agencies.
Throughout Lyndon’s career he has worked at the intersection of business and technology where he successfully built and delivered many complex products in companies such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Citi, Vmware, Pivotal and DellEMC.
Lyndon’s passion is to leverage his experience to develop teams and companies through coaching, mentoring and problem solving while being laser focused on tangible outcomes.
In his spare time you can find him practising martial arts in his local park, coding another streaming platform, and being the prototypical teenager chauffeur.
