Niamh has been in investment banking for 8 years, working with companies ranging from early stage start-ups to global multinationals. She is on the Steering Committee of the 30% Club, a cross-business initiative aimed at increasing female representation in business, and also sits on the Global Advisory Board of Astia, a not-for-profit organisation accelerating the funding and growth of high-potential, high-growth women-led start-ups worldwide. She has been part of formal start-up mentoring programmes at Seedcamp, Wayra, Next Advisor, and the Cherie Blair Foundation.
