Priyanka Malhotra

Priyanka has experience in financial regulation including exposure to banking, financial markets, exchanges and infrastructure regulation. She has worked at the FSA since 2009 and transferred to the Bank of England in April 2013. She is currently a member of the HSBC supervision team responsible for capital and liquidity adequacy. Prior to that, she was responsible for the supervision of CCPs operating in the UK. Priyanka has also managed a team monitoring capital and liquidity risk at the major UK banks and covered sovereign risk analysis and sovereign crisis management. Before she joined the FSA, Priyanka worked as a European credit strategist at JP Morgan from 2006-2009 and the IMF from 2003-2005. She has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
