Thomas DeLuca is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive with broad experience across Asian markets, including doing deals, regulatory and compliance issues, establishing presence and/or offices, hiring staff, and raising money.
Tom is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of AMP Credit Technologies (“AMP“), a leading financial technology platform with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom, which enables credit automation for banks and other institutions across the origination and onboarding cycles. Prior to AMP, he was a cofounder of Planet Payment, Inc. [Nasdaq: PLPM], a multicurrency payment processor for the merchant acquiring sector. Tom previously worked in the legal department of American Express, where he provided legal and strategic advice to the merchant services division. Tom received his B.A., J.D. and M.B.A. from St. Johns University and his LL.M. in international trade and business transactions from Fordham University in New York. He is also currently a member of the Advisory Board of the SME Finance Forum, established by the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI) and managed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as a knowledge center for data, research and best practice in promoting SME finance.
