Tom Samodol

With over 20 years of business experience in technology and in finance, Tom has a track record of accomplishment of scaling start-ups, fundraisings and exits. Tom’s strength is as a commercial COO: running the go-to-market and growth operations (B2B sales direct and indirect, marketing), partnerships, product management / pricing and establishing firms within their relevant tech, investment, and media ecosystem.

Throughout his career Tom has completed technology M&A deals worth $6 billion, successfully raised more than $4 billion in IPO/equity funding for technology businesses and raised $10 billion for companies across other verticals.

Tom has significant deep-tech and cross-sector expertise, particularly within enterprise software, fintech and insurtech, and works with early-stage start-ups through to late-stage profitable scale-ups, as well as global technology bellwethers (Google, SAP, PayPal), venture capital and private equity firms. He is also the Fintech Lead at Start-up Market Network Consilience Ventures.
