Vishal Joneja

Vishal, Level39’s Head of Operations, started his career as a Management Trainee at the Taj Group of Hotels, a group operating 99 hotels and resorts, working with them in various locations across India and Middle East.
He has worked on pre-opening projects, launching brand new hotels from scratch, in India and Dubai. In the UK Vishal led operations for Crowne Plaza, Oxford University and Imperial College London. At Imperial, Vishal led catering and operations for nine years, taking the business to greater heights.
He has extensive experience in setting up operations and building successful businesses across the board. Vishal’s expertise lies in systems, processes and developing successful teams.
